Lili Slavova
Chairperson of the Foundation
Lili Slavova Chairperson of the Foundation Film critic, journalist, and TV producer, Lily Slavova graduated in Theater Studies, Film Studies, and Journalism; German Studies and Romance Studies in Germany and the USA. She speaks five languages. With the establishment of the Center for Young Talents in her hometown of Burgas, she fulfilled one of her great dreams – to support the development of the talents of Bulgarian children and young people. Her mission is to change people and the world for the better. She is inspired by art and seeks creativity and innovation in all areas of science and culture.

Pepa Nikolova
Manager
Pepa Nikolova Manager Pepa Nikolova was born, lives, and works in Burgas. She is a proud graduate of the German Language High School "Goethe" and holds a Master's degree in Primary and Preschool Pedagogy. She speaks three languages and has been part of the team at the Center for Young Talents in Burgas since its inception. Working with children energizes, inspires, and impresses her every day, and the diversity of people she interacts with at her workplace presents a huge challenge for her and an opportunity to develop and grow both as an individual and a professional.

Nikolay Kolev
Public Relations
Nikolay Kolev Public Relations Nikolay holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Westminster in London, UK. He worked as an international editor and web editor at bTV. He also holds a Master's degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection from Shumen University "Episkop Konstantin Preslavski". He is currently pursuing a PhD in "Ecology and Environmental Protection" and has worked as an ecologist in various international and national projects focused on preserving Bulgarian nature. Since January 2025, he has been part of the team at the "Chance for Children and Nature of Bulgaria" Foundation. He loves rock music, camping, and gardening. n.kolev@forbgkids.org

Margarita Pehlivanova
Office Manager
Margarita Pehlivanova Office Manager Margarita Pehlivanova graduated in Spanish Philology and Primary and Preschool Pedagogy. She has experience as a Spanish teacher for children and as a primary school teacher. What attracts her to our center is the warm atmosphere created by teachers and children and the inspiration from the collective commitment to projects that are focused on the future of the youth.
