SUBLIME SDGs - Second Consortium Meeting

Events

Building cooperation and raising awareness

Location: Municipality of West Lesvos, Greece

Date: June 16 – June 18 2025

Climate engagement from Lesvos!

From 16 to 18 June, the Chance for Children and Nature Foundation of Bulgaria and the SUBLIME SDGs project partners gathered in the city of Petra on the Greek island for the second annual coordination meeting!
We discussed the results of the first year, strengthened our partnership and mapped out the plan for the exciting campaigns to come. All this happened against the backdrop of the cultural and natural richness of the island.

During the meeting, the partners also presented the national level projects of the KAMALÉ – Climate Mindful Actions Led by Engaged Youth Leaders! It empowers youth to be active in addressing climate challenges and raises awareness about the global consequences of our actions.

The handbook to accompany young people with practical training is now fully developed. The guide has been created by our partners at Impact Hub Athens and Impact Hub Network and contains 7 parts focusing on critical thinking, collaboration and engagement. Download it from here: https://toolkit.sublime-sdgs.eu/

SUBLIME unites border regions of Europe and opens the possibility for the effective implementation of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. The four-year project is co-funded by the European Commission under the DEAR programme.

A very warm thank you to all partners for their inspiring ideas and special thanks to our hosts from Lesvos for the hospitality!

We have exciting initiatives ahead, follow us to be among the first to know about them!
